Where to even start with this one.

• Constantly turns off means of communications for customers or just straight up doesn't reply(IG comments for example)

• Constant missed deadlines

• Constant new products while not fulfilling current orders (Some 2+ years old coming up on 3)

• Brigaded a subreddit because they got their feelings hurt
